Gaelle Posted January 13 Posted January 13 Hello everyone ! 👋 Do you have scrapping projects for 2025 ? Like every year since 2014, I make a project life. It's my big big project of the year and I'm happy because each year I manage to finish it. Only year 2021 was very hard to do, the end of the year is very poor with journaling. I'd like to know your objectives. 1 - G A E L L E - my gallery
Jagruti Patel Posted January 13 Posted January 13 Mine are usually just getting my yearly books done! And any travel books. But I also have to get on my son's art book. I have a huge pile of art from home and school that I need to take photos of and put together (from almost 3 years back). I want to get that done! 3

Kid's art books are always so fun!
bestcee Posted January 13 Posted January 13 I'm doing a Project Life this year. I know there will be life changes, so might as well document all the different moments to come! 2
bcnatty Posted January 13 Posted January 13 I always try to do a Project Life, but always peter out halfway through. I've only finished 2 so far 2
Brendazzle Posted January 13 Posted January 13 I have an ongoing album of my son's life - it starts on his birthday and ends the day before his next birthday - that I want to continue to stay on top of. I assume he'll want to go to Kennedy Space Center for his birthday again so probably another Kennedy album. (I love making them so not a huge ask.) I may do another October album because I enjoyed it tremendously, especially my husband & I watching classic horror movies every Saturday so I'd have something to scrap 😉 December album for sure as well. I try to give myself pretty open-ended projects so I don't feel any pressure and I can just tell stories as they occur. 1
Mrivas Posted January 14 Posted January 14 I always do my Project Life every year and also Project Life books for each of my kids. Until they're 18, so not for my daughter anymore. December Daily is another project I take on and enjoy working on. I like to do a day in the life and week in the life but those go in my Project Life Album, not separate. 1
Designer Elizabeth Albers Posted January 14 Designer Posted January 14 I always scrapbook a family album - a 2 page spread a week. I've been doing this since 2012! So that is my #1 goal. It's sort of Project Life style. Also, I want to complete a graduation album for my daughter who will graduate high school this year. And I want to complete our Hawaii album. 2
Cara Posted January 14 Posted January 14 I'm going to try to do Project Life this year and maybe finish my 2024 PL if I have time. If we do any traveling, I would love to do a travel book. 2 - Cara K. Lampe - Instagram
BJC Posted January 14 Posted January 14 Each year I do an album and print a book. So need to finish 2024 book and start 2025. I also have an ongoing family heritage  album which I woke on periodically and don’t know if I will ever finish lol or print 2

All is in the family PL because mostly I write the everyday life of the children ; mine is very repetitive. I've never done a day in the life or week in the life. Do you document about everyone in these projects or just yourself ? - G A E L L E - my gallery

I don't have photos from my parents or grandparents. - G A E L L E - my gallery

Do you document about everyone in these projects or just yourself ? I like to keep their PL separate. I try to do one spread per month so that it’s doable unless there’s a lot going on then maybe two spreads. With Day in the Life and WITL it’s mostly about my day or week but I do include them because they're part of my day to day.  Just not as much.Â
traceyholdyk Posted January 17 Posted January 17 I have struggled with memory keeping over the past few years and nearly gave it up. I was finding it hard to include the family because they hate having their photo taken and plus my children are adults now. With all that in mind I am doing a journal/journals this year primarily about me. I figured I have scrapped enough about everyone else so I am focusing on me. They will appear in my journals but probs not much.  I am super great at starting projects but not so good at finishing them so 2025 is about trying to finish some of those unfinished projects. I am also in the process of re-doing my project life albums. I am making them into photo books. Its a big job but I just do it bit by bit. I have so many albums and they just take up too much room and alot of them are falling apart etc so that kind of prompted me to redo them.
Veronica Posted January 17 Posted January 17 I have a lot of ongoing books that should be finished. Since my third child was born in 2019 I haven´t finished any books so my goal this year is to finish at least 2 yearbooks. I also make books from our holidays. But usually not in project life or scrapbook style.Â
norton94 Posted January 17 Posted January 17 I really need to scrap some big trips we've taken Krista Pearl
Pachimac Posted Thursday at 09:02 PM Posted Thursday at 09:02 PM I do a Proiect 52 every year. I started in 2015 so this is my 10 year anniversary! I'm using Scrapping with Liz's Document series. I can't wait for the Februry installment. I'm all caught up so far! 1
